Welcome to the website of Yonk Remuve ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Otto Giron. By accessing this website or scheduling junk vehicle, appliance, or yard removal services with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Service Scope & Free Estimates

Yonk Remuve provides removal, towing, and recycling transport for disabled automobiles, scrap trucks, appliances (refrigerators, stoves, washers, dryers), lawn tractors, mowers, and yard metal debris across Oklahoma City, OK and surrounding areas. All estimates provided over phone, text, or website form are free and based upon accurate item descriptions supplied by the client.

2. Ownership and Vehicle Authority

By booking a vehicle removal or scrap pickup, you represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner of the vehicle/property or have explicit authorized power of attorney/permission from the titleholder to release the property for removal and recycling. Clients agree to present government-issued photo identification upon request.

3. Property Access and Safety

The client is responsible for providing clear and unencumbered physical access for our flatbed truck and equipment to the items scheduled for removal. Any obstacles (gates, locks, low-hanging cables, or restricted community permits) must be coordinated prior to arrival.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including logo, brand graphics, copy, and layout on this website are the property of Yonk Remuve and protected by applicable copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we exercise high care and professional diligence when loading and winching items, Yonk Remuve shall not be held liable for preexisting structural damage, rotted undercarriages, collapsed axles, or concealed driveway cracks present prior to our arrival.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles.
